Blue Moon Mahjong — Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using the Blue Moon Mahjong website (bluemoonmahjong.com) or placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are
   Blue Moon Mahjong is a brand of Highview Ventures, LLC (“Blue Moon,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Scope
   These Terms govern your use of the Site, purchase of products, and any online interactions with Blue Moon. Separate written agreements govern custom services or wholesale relationships.

3. Accounts & Eligibility
   You must be 18+ and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account or place orders. Keep your account information and password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Orders & Acceptance
   Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders for any reason (pricing errors, availability, fraud concerns). We will notify you of acceptance or cancellation. Title and risk of loss pass to you per our shipping policy.

5. Pricing & Payment
   Prices shown on the Site are in USD unless noted and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless stated. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery
   We ship according to the shipping options displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or lost packages once tracking shows delivery. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
   Our returns policy is posted on the Site. Generally, unopened/unused products returned within the stated return window are eligible for refund less shipping and transaction fees. Customized items, final sale items, and kits may have different policies as disclosed at purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

8. Warranties & Product Use
   Products are sold “as is” except where a separate warranty is provided. Follow product instructions and safety guidance. We are not responsible for misuse, improper care, or non‑intended uses. Our lifetime warranty (if offered) is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse.

9. Intellectual Property
   All Site content—text, images, logos, designs, and product names—are Blue Moon property or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. User Content & Conduct
    If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Blue Moon a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use that content across channels. You warrant content is yours, not infringing, and not unlawful. You agree not to use the Site for abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent purposes.

11. Links to Third Parties
    The Site may link to third‑party sites or products. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party content, privacy practices, or transactions.

12. Disclaimers
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee continuous, error‑free access to the Site.

13. Limitation of Liability
    Except where prohibited by law, Blue Moon’s liability for any claim arising from the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Moon harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York (or another county indicated by Blue Moon where appropriate).

    We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
